Just discovered a little issue today and wondering if anyone has experienced the same.
Server details
NAV 2013 R2 (Hotfix 3)
Standard Cronus database.
SQL Server 2008R2
On a server running the above whenever I post a Journal i.e.. GL/Cash Receipt etc. the following happens:
1) The journal posts (can see entries in GL Ledger Entries)
2) Get message "There is nothing to post"
3) The lines still show in the Journal page even though they posted.
4) There is no G/L Register entry for the journal.
I took the same database and put onto my local PC, SQL Server 2012, and I do the exact same process and it works with no issues.
Somewhat concerning!!
Has anyone experienced this? Thoughts? Comments?

Good afternoon,
After much review we discovered that "someone" had altered an SQL Setting, and that this change was impacting on the posting of transactions in NAV.
1) Open SQL Server Properties
2) Connections page
3) Default Connection options
4) The no count option had been turned on.
Once turned off all these issues disappeared.
