There is only one AD tenant managed here
And you can check the license in AD, but there's an error
Your account maybe associated in other projects in the azure active directory platform. We may have to check with the Azure active directory and the Microsoft 365 administrator site.
None of the projects exist
Here are some licensing requirements. Running same user in more then 3 three projects?
