Hi everyone
We have Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions for marketing also.
In our Subscription List, we have about 5 Subscription Lists, one of them called 'eNewsletter'.
The Subscription List 'eNewsletter' has a static marketing list called 'eNewsletter (contacts)'.
Every time someone submits a subscription for 'eNewsletter', their contact is added to 'eNewsletter (contacts)'.
Recently we created a dynamic marketing list called 'Members' with one of the queries being 'eNewsletter' equals Yes.
We then added this marketing list to the Subscription List 'eNewsletter'.
So the 'eNewsletter' Subscription List should have two marketing lists: 'eNewsletter (contacts)' and 'Members'.
However, the entire 'eNewsletter' Subscription List has now disappeared! The marketing lists associated with it still exist. But under 'Subscription Lists', 'eNewsletter' has disappeared completely.
I have no idea what happened. And whether somehow I've across a bug in the system (maybe having a dynamic list querying whether it's on a subscription list and then associating it with the subscription list itself is causing issues?).
Would really appreciate some insight and how I can fix this issue.
Hi,
I’d like to know how you added a marketing list into a subscription list. As the members in a subscription list can only be managed in the following ways, is it added by Advanced Find with a condition like marketing list = Members?
In addition, when you say “we created a dynamic marketing list called 'Members' with one of the queries being 'eNewsletter' equals Yes.”, if the 'eNewsletter' is a custom field in Contact entity?
It would be appreciated if you could provide more clear description about the issue.
Best Regards,
Nya
