Ws-Trust authentication

Hello,

When i try to log in into Field Service mobile app with my account i get the following error:

All the basic configurations are done (enable for field service, assign security role and enable the correct woodford solution).

When we created this tenant, we created the another at the same time. The other one doesn't have this error.

Any ideas?

    Thanks Alexander. I guess it will, but i cannot say i'm 100% optimist with the new mobile app. Still some important features missing for me. Hopefully Microsoft will catch up fast.

    I really enjoy the customisation interface of Woodford, because it has a lot of independent features.

    Let's wait for 2021.

    This will get easier with the new mobile app, where all documentation will be provided directly by Microsoft.

    Hello,

    The fix was provided by Microsoft, and i find it incredible how simple it is but nowhere to see on the documentation of Microsoft.

    Here are the steps to fix the issue on your Field Service Mobile app:

    1 - In the mobile app, go to Settings

    2 - Click on your username

    3 - On User Mode, change it to OAuth2

    4 - Define a local password (users need to memorize this password, it is not synchronized with O365 account)

    5 - Save and login with your O365 account on the following page

    And that should do it.

    Can you please let us know if the organizations were created before or after October 1st 2020 ? If it was before then I would suggest to open a support ticket so that we can help with this issue but if organizations were created after October 1st 2020 then it's expected behavior for new org and you would need to use oAuth.
