How do i add a user to my trial?

I have recently (today) setup a trial for Dynamics 365 human resources, I have added a user via system administration > users > New + and they are in the user list but have received no login info/invite? Also if they go to login to the trial URL aos-rts-sf-2145*******-prod-westus2.hr.talent.dynamics.com/ they just get site not found (am more used to 365 CRM does this work differently?)

One user has setup their entire own separate environment it would seem under our tenancy by following the get started links on the trials page, but we are looking to test together rather than set up many separate instances, please help!

    Hi cjneon83,

    What access role/access you provide to users? It should be employee role at least to enter in the system.

    If that doesn’t work then please let us know.

    Hi cjneon83,

    As suggested by Parag, the global administrator who created the environment must explicitly grant access to additional application users. You must add users and assign the appropriate roles to them in the Human Resources environment. Did this work for you? Else please let us know so that we can help you further.
