Duplicate Record Issue when we re-assign the opportunity owner

We have some specified opportunities which have 'Duplicate Record Issue' when we re-assign the opportunity owner. While we have checked there's no same opportunity record evn id under that user.

This issue only happened on several specified opportunities. Any one could share any idea?

    Hi Sutherland,

    Maybe there're some related records which are duplicated.

    Could you give some exception details on the duplicate record from logs info? It seems really blurry from your screenshot.

           Please check the logs below:

            Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.QuoteBase' with unique index 'ndx_Unique_Quote'.
                 The duplicate key value is (842ff326-be06-ff32-r1e3-b2434bsds464, QUO-08206-P8Z0X4, 0, <NULL>)

    Hi Sutherland,

        I suggest you could check your quote list to review the quote with this quote id: QUO-08206-P8Z0X4.

        You may have more that 2 duplicate quotes which casued such issue.

        Or could you provide the advanced view under quote entity with this qutoe id for us to review?

    You fix it. We found the duplicate quote and it works after we delete one. Thank you so much.

    For this, you need to know the user id so that you can able to know about the record so far getting helped from errorcode0x.com/.../ which sort out to get the recording error.
