I have an account in CRM that has bank account detail properties on it (ie one bank account per account entity) that i want to sync across to NAV, i'd like to use the connector. It means exposing the customer bank account and bank account pages/ table through NAVweb services, which i've done. But working out what the integration ids should be for the customer bank account and bank account tables is so far causing me a headache. They're both effectively being synced by the account entity in crm but the connector won't allow that because the table ids in NAV are different. I'm trying to do this without coding up plugins in CRM.... All ideas welcome!

I have the same question (0)Worked it out: Isentityrefrence takes the dynamics key and does a look up in the nav integration table, as the account table is alreadty sync'd (table 18, customer) then the same guid can't be used for table 270, the bank account. So i created a property in the account entity in crm to hold a dummy guid to use as the sync key in nav. This new dummy guid can be used in the mapping . To create your dummy guid a plugin oncreate of the account is probably the best solution.
