Issues with recalculating Measures - D365 Customer Insights

Hi All,

I am trying to configure measures within Customer Insights - and I can see the measures being calculated  and appearing as expected within the entities section - as measure is an entity in its own right now. However when I go to the home page the measure value does not come up as expected . I can only see two dashes .  Does anyone know why this is happening ?  Its only happening for Business measures ( single value )

I have the same question (0)

Hi -- thanks for flagging this. We had an intermittent issue with showing the results in the home page and have fixed it. If you continue to face issues please email CIhelp@microsoft.com with the environment ID and we will be happy to investigate further.
