Label missing after AOS restart in ax 2012

Hello Everyone,

Kindly help me,

I have one issue, Whenever I restart Aos either in Test or in Production we face issue all the customize model label miss then we re upload the label file it come back poperly , Everytime we have to follow these step . Can anyone tell is the reason behind this. How I can fix this issue permanently.

Try to stop AOS, and delete all .aoi, .ali and .alc files from the AOS directory. Then start the AOS.
