Hi,
How to get list of all fields and along the mandatory information in CRM form.I need to generate this to show for management.

Hi Krish,
By using "XrmToolBox" you can get the list of entities with all the attributes in it .
Kindly follow the steps:
1. Open XrmToolBox.
2. Establish the connection with the your relevant organization.
3. Open "Metadata Document Generator".
4. Give the Document Format , file path (where you want to save the excel sheet),
5. Click on "Generate Document".

How to get list of fields which are only used in Form,instead of all.
Sorry, but I don't think there is any such tool which will export the field used in forms. There is a tool in CXRM toolbox to check the fields properties like mandatory/ visible but that is one by one.

That XrmToolbox tool "Metadata Document Generator" now also has a attribute selection filter where you can set "Generate for" to "All attributes contained in forms".
