Creating new Community forums + full admin

Hello...I am completely new to Dynamics so have been reading a lot of the official MS docs online. Please could someone confirm for me if the below really is all there is out-of-the-box regarding Community creation and admin? Am I missing something? Is there other MS literature at all which goes into more detail/more features? Thank you!

Here is a short video to introduce the Community app posted by Microsoft, you could have a look. And there are some links(plan, product update) related to Customer Service in the introduction area.
