Custom font is not applying in PDF downloaded from report viewer of Dynamics 365 Online v9.0

Hi,

I have requirement to add custom font in SSRS report in Dynamics 365 Online v9.0

So, I have included the custom font on my system’s font list and have developed the SSRS report with custom font added. And have uploaded the report in dynamics CRM 365.

Now when I run the report in dynamics CRM, the custom font is getting applied in report viewer, downloaded word file and downloaded excel file as well. But, when I see the downloaded PDF file the custom font is applying on downloaded PDF.

Is there any way to apply custom font on PDF downloaded from dynamics CRM report viewer?

Hello,

Unfortunately custom fonts are not supported when generating PDFs from Dynamics 365 Online.

Would it be an option for you to export as a Word document and then export it to Excel?

If the exporting to PDF using custom fonts is a feature that you would like to see implemented in future, please use the Ideas Portal https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/
