Hello,
I need support for below queries. Is there any possibility to do the label changes from UI directly?
1) How can I change the label of workspace in dynamics for Human Resources. Eg:- Learning Workspaces is to be re-labeled as Training. 2) Apart from Personalisation, is there any other way to do the label changes for the fields?

The label changes are a personalization. So, initially only for the user who implemented them. If that is an admin in your scenario, then I can agree with you. There is a Personalization administration form where a user with system administration privileges can distribute the personalization to other users.

So it means that if an admin does any label changes in forms; it can only be reflected to other users once the personalization is done for them?
Without personalization the label changes will only be reflecting for admin (login) user only?
You can change the labels for field controls on forms using personalization. What is not possible what you would like to change?

Thank you for reply. If the personalization option is not possible to change the label, then what this feature helps us with? Is it only to add new fields and making it available for other users using import?
QianQW is correct.
You can actually change the label form the tile on the default dashboard, but when you open the workspace, the name is still the old one and can't be changed using personalization.
There is no way to change the label of workspace from UI directly.
Similarly, rename the tiles or fields can only be done from Personalisation.
