Hi All,
I need to remove the tile / workspace for all users .How to do that ?

If your question is about the Advanced ESS tiles, then I don't know how this has been deployed on your environment. This is not a standard tile. It could have been added by a customization or by personalization.
If it is part of a customization, you can consider remove it by making the tile not visible or revoke access via security permissions.
If it is made available via personalization, you can manage personalizations on the Personalization form available in the setup section of the system administration menu.

How to hide this customized tile.
I checked in visual studio in defaultDashboard form there is no tile control present.There is one Tile container control.
I have a tile (advanced ess) inside the AOT->Tile.
where i need to write code or set the property to hide the tile.
There might be an extension of the NavPaneMenu for the advanced ESS in your environment. You can then remove the tiles from the menu extension. Another option could be looking via the tiles which exact menu items are used. Then check which securable objects are related to these menu items and adjust them or add new privileges with Deny access permissions.
