Sku adjusted out on Counting journal but does not show up in said journal. Still hit the GL

I have a sku that was adjusted out and in item details it shows the adjustment on a counting journal. The item hit the GL however, when I expand the journal the item is not included on there? Are there any reasons for this to occur? You can see below the item details transactions for the sku and the related journal highlighted in yellow. The second image is that same journal expanded and you can see that the sku C4209 isn't on the journal. The sku still hit the GL financially so i'm not sure why it isn't showing up on the JE?
