Add an Option in the Status Dropdown List in the Segment Attributes Window

Hello Community,

I would like to add an option "Legal-Fix" to the Status dropdown list in the Segment Attributes window in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Could anyone guide me on how to do this?

To navigate to the window, I go through:
Microsoft Dynamics GP → Tools → Setup → Financial → Segment
Then, I add a Segment ID, Number, click Additional, and then select Segment Attribute.

Any help or detailed steps would be greatly appreciated!

This Segment Attributes window you are referencing is not part of core Microsoft Dynamics GP code.

It is either a custom window or added by an addon Dexterity product (from Microsoft or an ISV).

The fact that it is accessed by the Additional menu is a giveaway too. The contents of the Additional menu are created using triggers.

If you have GP Power Tools, you can use the Security Profiler and open the window and it will tell you which product dictionary it is from, or you can use the Resource Information window to either display the details of the window as it opens or look it up by its display name.

If you can identify the product then we might be able to assist further, or at least know who to contact.
