Why is a Data Step's "Delete" Button Grayed Out in the Business Process Flow?

Hello,

I am trying to delete a Data Step in the Prospect (Lead) Stage of my Business Process Flow, but the Delete Button is grayed out and I cannot seem to remove it. All Data Steps from other Stages can be deleted except for this one.

Can anyone help please as this step is causing confusion among the users? Another thing to note is I cannot seem to find a field with Display Name 'Existing Contact?' in the Prospects Table.

Hi,

At least one data step is required for each stage, and it is not possible to delete all of them.
Therefore, it is recommended that you replace this data step with another field.

Alternatively, regarding the /Existing Contact/ and /Existing Account/ fields, they use the existing parent relationship, which uses the Parent Contact for lead and Parent Account for lead fields.
