Can anyone please tell me about certification of Microsoft dynamic NAV and is there career growth in functional module apart form development in NAV
I am new in this technology please experts tell me your suggestions .

There's a career growth in each and every technology my friend, the only thing needed is your devotion to learn it by heart and you will boom.
Deciding between technical and functional depends on all your interests and your inclinations. Functional one has to become over experience because that's were the entire Business is. :)

There is always scope in functional. Dynamics 365/NAV/BC/AX, these all business application by Microsoft is quite well designed and are having in-depth mapping of all business logic. So, to implement these also the need of a functional will always be inevitable. For eg: if someone wants a consultant for 365 for F&O, they would prefer a CA or MBA Finance.
Old NAV uses CAL the new Business Central uses AL.
