If you are using the Work Order Summary Report,
this is an OOB feature that cannot be edited, so we can only see a limited number of columns:

If you want to sort your work orders by creator name, please follow these steps:
1. add created by column
2.click close -> apply
At this point the view has changed, then export to excel:
