Send E-Mails from Outlook to Dynamcis CRM Contacts and to Marketing Lists (via the "to"-Field of Outlook)

Hi,

we are currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics.

Our challenge:

We want to send emails to contacts and marketing lists stored in Dynamics CRM via the Outlook 365 client and with our mobile phones.
Those E-Mails don't have to be tracked in Dynamics.

When entering text in the "To-Field" of Outlook, contacts from Dynamics should also be searched/suggested.

I have already tried the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. Is not possible to transfer multiple e-mail recipients to the "To-field" of a mail. Marketing lists also cannot be addressed.

My (bad) ideas:

a)  Synchronization of all Dynamics contacts (>10000 contacts) into the personal Outlook address books of all users.
Disadvantages: The synchronization would not be fast, personal address books would be cluttered and marketing lists could not be addressed.

b) Synchronization of all Dynamics contacts and adress lists into our Company Active Directory, to make them accessable with the Global Address List (GAL) of Exchange.
Disadvantages: Our IT department doesn't want cloud content to be synced to our Active Directory (>10000 contacts) because of security reasons.
Our Active Directory should only contain our internal user accounts.

Is there another solution to make contacts and marketing lists easily addressable via Outlook and mobile devices?

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

RE: Send E-Mails from Outlook to Dynamcis CRM Contacts and to Marketing Lists (via the "to"-Field of Outlook)

Go to Sales, Service, or Marketing.

Select the record type you want. For example, click Contacts.

In the list of records, select the contacts you want to send emails to.

Select the More Commands button and Ellipsis button in the web app, and then select Send Direct Email.

Select the template you want to use in the Send Direct Email dialog box.

    Click Send.

    Hope This Works,

    Peter
