Hi everyone,
I'm very new to Navision. I'm an Office 365 partner and specialise in Office 365 migrations and deployments.
I have a customer that wants to move to Exchange Online that also has Navision v5. Currently it is completely standalone. They are not using it with Outlook or Exchange, but they would like to look at upgrading to Navision 2013 and start using email integration features with Outlook and Exchange.
So i've been researching this online, and haven't really come across a definitive answer, however reading through the following, I can't see how it wouldn't work? Office 365 Wave 15 now support Public Folders, so setting up a dedicated licenced user for the Navision connection and creating the necessary Public Folders can be done.

Can anyone tell me if there would be any problems with the connection from Navision to Exchange Online?
And has anyone done this successfully?
I've read a little about the upcoming release (Sicily) and it sounds like Microsoft is moving more towards integration with Office 365, so if it can't be done now, is it likely it will be possible with the next version?
Thanks very much for reading and any help you can provide.
Regards,
Shane.
