Authorize Azure Services Error

Hello,

I incorrectly setup the connection between NAV 2018 on Premise and Azure AD in the Manage Flows screen. I managed to do it in our test database, but I am not sure how to go back and reconfigure the settings.

The picture Below is the screen where I am stuck at. When I click on Authorize Azure Services I get the following error in the browser "AADSTS50011: The reply url specified in the request does not match the reply urls configured for the application: '7df0a125-d3be-4c96-aa54-591f83ff541c'"

I know where I went wrong, I just don't know how to go back and fix it. Any help would be appreciated.
