Hi all,
I want to download/read manuals of AX R3 & Dynamics 365.
Can anybody tell me where to find them or any link to download?

There is the AX help site, TechNet and the Dynamics learning portal that have all those information online. If you want to have some print materials, please check Customer/Partner Source.

I have checked Customer/Partner source but there is nothing available in some print materials for latest version of AX except AX R2.

To watch about AX please visit DLP mbspartner.microsoft.com
Recently MS does not produce those printed training materials anymore but rather makes use of the Help site and the DLP (please see the links that ievgen provided).
Note that the DLP does not only allows you watching training videos but also to download the corresponding documentations (transcripts, PPT, etc.)
