Unable to start auditing for an organization

Hi,

I am trying to start auditing for an organization in Microsoft Dynamics 365 online but when I check the checkboxes to start auditing and click OK, the OK button is not working and not allowing me to close the window. Only allowing me to press the cancel button.

Can someone please suggest me how i can get through this? Why it is acting like this?

Any help or suggestion would be highly appreciable. Below is the screenshot as well.

Hi,

Can you check with another user , different machine, different browser with System Administrator role.

Hi,

It does seem like a browser issue. Try different browser or inprivate/incognito mode.

Could you share your CRM Online Version? If you find the issue still exists in other browser with any other account. Pls no hesitate to tell us.

Yes, it was browser issue. I tried on Microsoft Edge and now it is working.
