i created an attribute for my product and i need to import the product attribute values using data management, which data entity should i use ?

Use "Product attribute values" entity to import attribute values after you've attached a navigation category & attribute group to your product.

Did you check EcoResProductAttributeValueEntity (Product attribute values)? Check in the entities node with EcoResProductAttribute* and you will find one that you need.
