Workflow Users vs System users

Hi,

In the workflow editor, when I go under assignment and click user, I don't see all the users that are defined under system admin> Users

Even if the user is mapped to a personnel and active, still does not shot in the workflow assignment > user

What can be the root cause?

    Hello Sam,

    Are those people that you do not see employees in the company you are working in?

    Please check those employees and the companies they have assigned in the employment history tab in the employee card.

    What exact version are you using? What roles do have the persons which are visible and not visible? Are all users enabled?

    The enablement of the user took sometime to reflect in the workflow editor. It is working now. Thanks
