SQL query to Common Data Service

Hello Everybody,

I have a c# console application that connects to the SQL Server database of our on-premise Dynamics CRM 2016.

Now that we shall move on-premise Dynamics CRM 2016 to cloud Dynamics 365. I am not sure how shall we query CRM database/Common Data Service?

It is for example an SQL Query with multiple joins. I tried using FetchXML, due to FetchXML limitation could not be converted.

Any inputs shall be appreciated.

    Hello Madhu,

    TDS endpoint was released few months ago. Take a look on it - it looks like that it's what you need. Check following posts:

    Hello Andrew,

    Thank you very much for you links. Indeed markcarrington.dev/.../ one worked for me. Though enabling Tabular Data Stream (TDS) is not recommended by Microsoft.

    Well, i shall use this unless Microsoft comes up with better solution. Thanks alot for your references. I highly appreciate it.
