Hello everyone, i just installed the CU13 update (ax2012r3), but then when generating full CIL i get the Symmetry.TaxEngine error.. i have to, according to a solution i found (https://daxbeginners.wordpress.com/2015/08/13/ax-2012-cu8-dll-missing-refrence/), download the ste-net.dll file version 1.0.1.67 (as i found in the log file) but couldnt find any link ..can anyone help me with a link or share it with me on Drive (EMAIL: mohamedamine.naija@esprit.tn) I would be forever in your debt.

Thanks for the feedback. If the reinstall is not working, you can also consider creating a ticket for Microsoft Support.

Hey thanks for replying, unfortunately it didnt work, i think maybe somthing went wrong during the AX installation or the cu13 upgrade, already tried every solution .. i think i'm gonna try reinstalling the whole thing ! Thaks anyways

Hi AmineNaija,

According to the next blog, the file may be on your system, but without a reference: axnews.blogspot.com/.../variable-symmetry-has-not-been-declared.html

Can you check if this workaround is a solution for you?
