The General Posting Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: Gen. Bus. Posting Group='',Gen. Prod. Posting Group='RETAIL'

This is a very Genuine error of Standard NAV ,
When you trying to post that transaction system is trying to find a Combination on
Gen bus Posting Group '' with Gen Prod Postin Group'RETAIL' in General Posting Setup.
Navigate to General Posting Setup, Add New and make one line based on this combination and assign a G/L Account Number.

Go to General Posting Setup, and make sure that the combination for blank and RETAIL are there.
