Hi Yannick,
You need first create sla kpi and do following prerequisites if you in the latest version(Unified Interface (Wave 2020)).
just like following example.
Before creating sla kpis, there are no entity in the list though I enabled sla:
After creating sla kpis for case entity, then case entity appear in the list:
