Deleted form from Dev showing up in UAT

Hey everyone,

This is my first post/question on this community and I'm pretty excited to solve my problem by leveraging on your expertise.

So, I deleted an Opportunity form that was in the Dev environment and ensured that the form is not part of the Project Operations App. So, I essentially deleted the form from the environment. Once I exported this specific solution, and then imported it into UAT environment, I was hoping that the Opportunity form will not show up. However, much to my dismay, the deleted form is now showing up in UAT environment. I know I should not make any changes directly in UAT, hence, I am at my wit's end in terms of next steps.

Please let me know if I should share more details for possible solutions. I'd be very grateful for any guidance that the community can provide.

Did you transfer the solution as managed or unmanaged?

Unmanaged solutions will not delete elements - You will have to delete the form manually from your UAT environment.

I exported an unmanaged solution in Dev as a managed solution and then imported that managed solution into UAT. I do not see the deleted form in the "default solution" in Dev but when I view the default solution in UAT, I can see the form.

Just delete the form from UAT, it'll be fine; This is normal Power Platform stuff.

You have to get used to how it transfers solutions.

Next time you transfer using a managed solution, then it will clean up automatically.

Hey Jones!

Thanks so much for your response.

The delete option for the form in the default solution in UAT is not enabled. I am guessing you cannot delete a form from the default solution in UAT? I did try to turn off the form but that does not help!

Can you please suggest any other way?
