Hi dear. how can i solve this problem? when somebody try to see a record of an entity, can't see that...

is there any solution or advise??

    You should check if the user has the right security role, check if that security role has the right permissions for the entity and if that security role is assigned to the form of that record. If you just changed forms, it could be a caching issue of the Internet browser. Double check by sending a link of the record to the user and try opening it from there.
