I started a Trial of 365 Business Central, and it automatically loaded a chart of accounts. How do I dump that and load my own. Please advise. Thank you.

Edit in Excel. You do not want to create a blank company as you will be missing a lot of default setup and you will continually run into errors.
You can create a new company, however unless you create a totally blank company, it too will have a chart of accounts in it.
You should have a MY COMPANY. log into that, go to your chart of accounts, from here you can either edit in excel, remove their accounts, add yours and publish back in, or delete all accounts from the chart of accounts, then edit in excel to have the template, fill in your new chart of accounts and publish back in.
