You can create a new company, however unless you create a totally blank company, it too will have a chart of accounts in it.
You should have a MY COMPANY. log into that, go to your chart of accounts, from here you can either edit in excel, remove their accounts, add yours and publish back in, or delete all accounts from the chart of accounts, then edit in excel to have the template, fill in your new chart of accounts and publish back in.
