Technical Structure of GDPR Consent Levels

Hello,

I have a question regarding the customization of the "Consent given" field.

As the values are hierarchical, I was wondering how this hierarchy is established?

For example, if I want to add another level between 3 & 4 how would I determine it belongs between those two levels?

Would I do it by the value or simple by the order in which the levels are displayed?

Thanks a lot in advance :)

    Sorry for chiming in a bit late. I've verified with the product team that the hierarchy will respect the order of the option set list when evaluating consent. Option 3.1 would include options 1-3. And Options 4 & 5 would include Option 3.1.

    Hi Abhi546,

    I looked up a lot of information and am sorry to tell you that there is no way to achieve this, because the ‘Consent given’ field is an option type field for us.

    Regards,

    Qingqing Xin

    Hi Qingqing Xin,

    thanks for your answer. I just wanted to make sure that using this approach, option 3.1 would hierarchically include options 1-3 and be included in options 4 & 5?

    Best regards,

    Ulrich

    Hi Abhi546,

    Just add an option to this option field.

    You can follow these steps to resolve this issue:

    1.Go to Advanced Setting->Customization.
