I have installed the Dynamics GP Connector. I have set up the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Adapter successfully.

However, when I enter the information for the Dynamics GP Adapter, I am getting the following error message:

A connection to the Microsoft Dynamics GP Web Service could not be validated using the "http://VM-SQL08R1-ST1:48620/Dynamics/GPService/GPService" URL.

When I enter the following URL into my browser: http://vm-sql08r2-st1:48620/Dynamics/GPService the appropriate page appears to show that my Web Services are installed correctly.

Make sure the user has these roles in Dynamics Security Console:

“Microsoft Dynamics Integration-All Companies”

“Microsoft Dynamics Integration-Integrated Company”

Also check whether the Web services functioning correctly. For your reference, have a look on the below link.

I came across same error, and service is working properly, as well as user is granted the required roles.. have you fixed this?

My environment was a test environment so I believe I ended up starting the over with a fresh install. So unfortunately I am not sure what I did wrong the first time.
