I have a question relating to the loyalty configuration in AX 2012 r3. If I create multiple loyalty programs in AX (not just 1 loyalty program with multiple tiers) each with their own loyalty scheme that links to the same retail channel - When issuing a Loyalty card in the channel's POS, it automatically assigns all Loyalty Programs created to it i.e. One card issued to me links all loyalty programs active in a particular channel to that card. Where/ how can I select a specific loyalty program that needs to be linked to a loyalty card issued in POS? Does the possibility exist for a pre-configured loyalty card number range to determine which loyalty program will apply to the card being issued? EXAMPLE: Cards with number range A001 - A100 must be linked to Loyalty Program A and number range B001 - B100 must be linked to Loyalty Program B and both the Loyalty Programs are linked to the same Retail Channel, thus should Loyalty Card# A033 be issued in POS, AX will know that only Loyalty Program A must be linked to the card. I am aware that Loyalty Programs and Tiers can be manually adjusted and selected within each specific Loyalty Card's screen, but it is not the solution.

My apologies for the late reply. I can see what you mean with one program linked to different schemes - and in the different schemes you can set different earning and redemption rules, I suppose that can work, it all depends on the specific requirements on how the actual loyalty program(s) should function. The issue is should you have multiple loyalty programs each with their own scheme and all applicable on the same retail channels, when issuing a loyalty card from POS, all the loyalty programs will be linked to the card automatically.
We overcame this via custom dev. Each loyalty program linked to its own card number range and only some can be issued from the POS. We are also integrating with CRM, which make the entire loyalty solution even more complex.
Please let me know should you need any further advice as to the understanding of the loyalty engine.

I am also facing the same requirement but unable to found any solution, have you got solution OOTB or done by any workaround for issuing card with different schemes
