GPOData Error in Excel

All,

I have installed the GPOData service, configured the service, selected the data sources and published. I am getting an error when trying to connect in Excel using the Odata feed. If I try to connect using the log on credentials of the user running excel I am receiving:

The remote server returned an error: 403 Forbidden

If I am using sa user and password I am receiving:

The remote server returned an error: 401 Unauthorized

I put the user running the service into the DYNGRP and verified the service is running.
