To achieve this is little tricky, since the table ends once data is retrieved so having the border on the table will end on the last page of report. To achieve your requirement you need to add Line instead of using border or have a rectangle in the table with backgroundimage with pre-defined lines.

I am sorry but there is no tutorial, There was a similar kind of request for us where we have pre-defined lines for one page, and different for multiple page and using borders or lines was very difficult for us so we ended up adding rectangle in the table and have the rectangle has a background image with full page it was challenging. In your scenario i think you can use a line to draw. You may not find tutorial or examples if you search for NAV try your search on SSRS and see if you can get some examples and you can implement on your report.

Perhaps, this could be helpful: msdn.microsoft.com/.../dd220526.aspx

You can try to draw pre-defined fixed borders always or draw additional line in the bottom.
