I got error when i am trying  to run web service

    Hi Poonam,

    It is a bit late to reply after 4 years...but I had the same issue today and solved it so I thought I would share what I did to fix it.

    If you already checked that all the permissions are set correctly then you may have register the SPN without the fully qualified domain name or with the fully qualified domain name but browsing the web service with one or the other.

    If you register the SPN without the fully qualified domain name then you need to browse the web service without the fully qualified name, if you use the IP it should also work fine.

    In addition to this make sure you have the NTLM setting set to TRUE.

    Make sure the service user which is running webservice service (In Services) has access to the navision.

    Error itself provide the answer for you : The login failed when connecting to SQL Server DB01.

    Check the login user has the necessary access (db_ddladmin, db_owner) to your Microsoft Dynamics NAV database.

    Please check on your SQL server (DB01) in Security -> Logins that the user accessing the web service is existing and enabled on the database.
