Our company has been shifting from CRM to CRM over the years and our sales staff is punished by these decisions. The CRM also tends to lean towards Corporate and away from outside sales. I'm desperately looking for something that is easy for outside sales to make sales calls and benifit from a CRM that they enjoy using.
Question does Microsoft Dynamic CRM work well with MS Mobile?
I need a CRM that allows a user to modify his schedule in field using the PDA but able to tracking tags management wants such as customer from contacts, what product was discussed, end user call, distributor call, what project etc...
Currently I use MS Mobile (Palm Treo 700) and Outlook. My Contacts, Calender and Task Sync. but appointments are just text info. that isn't enough. I would like to be able to tag an appointment to a exisiting contact or new and keep a track of the tags as explained above. This info. would be easy for the salesman and useful for management to run reports. If the system is easy it will be used.
