Hi Everyone,

Is anyone aware of any tools to generate customization analysis report in dynamics crm similar to the Customization Analysis Report (CAR) for Finance and Operations.

My requirement is to run a tool to generate an excel like report for a CRM solution/instance which gives me the deviations from the best practices / errors/warnings.

    Mahesh,

    I do not know of anything specific to analysis. But XRMToolBox has a metadata document generator. This is a good starting point. It has a lot of detail and exports to excel. You could use that as a visual analysis to compare to specific standards like naming conventions for example.

    Hi Mahesh,

    There are no such tools which can automaticaly review your customizations and provide you a report with errors or warnings. This is something you need to do manually. As suggested above, you can use metadata document generator to export all you customizations.
