Preparing ADFS and IFD Again

Hi,

We need to prepare our ADFS and IFD again on another dedicated Windows 2012 VM. It was installed on CRM Server previously which went down and we had to install CRM again. The database is same like old. Which option we should select between the two while installing ADFS?

1. Create the first federation server in a federation server farm

2. Add a federation server to a federation server farm
