As of 4/17/20 our production CRM online system started not being able to view properties of workflow for SEND EMAIL: Create new message. We get an error every time the view properties button is clicked. But this only happens in our production system. It never happens in our development system. Any thoughts on how to get around this issue or do we need a ticket with Microsoft to resolve?

Odd thing is the link for VIEW PROPERTIES for create new message works for other system admins in our environment but not me. Leads me to believe it's a profile issue for me. It does not work in any browser or other computers. Not looking forward to opening a ticket with Microsoft.
Opened a ticket with Microsoft Support and they were able to get me a partial solution. I added in a couple more steps and it is now resolved.
When in PROCESSES and checking VIEW PROPERTIES for CREATE NEW MESSAGE if an error occurs, do the following:
Initially it worked for about 5 minutes and went back to creating the error. I ran thru the steps again and so far it is continuing to work correctly.
