RE: WORKFLOW - Cannot View Properties of create new message
Opened a ticket with Microsoft Support and they were able to get me a partial solution. I added in a couple more steps and it is now resolved.
When in PROCESSES and checking VIEW PROPERTIES for CREATE NEW MESSAGE if an error occurs, do the following:
- Navigate to Settings -> Customizations -> Customize the System
- Under entities -> open email -> forms
- Deactivate the enhanced email form, publish all customizations
- Attempt to open a workflow with a known CREATE NEW MESSAGE (initially can take about 30 seconds)
- Click VIEW PROPERTIES, wait for EMAIL dialog to appear
- Go back to EMAIL entity, reactivate Enhanced Email form
- Publish all customizations
Initially it worked for about 5 minutes and went back to creating the error. I ran thru the steps again and so far it is continuing to work correctly.
