We are receiving a message after trying to create a Vendor "This record has been created since your attempt to create it. Changes won't be saved". I have done a "Check links" with no errors found. Any suggestions?

Thank you for using Microsoft Online Communities. I understand that you are receiving the message: "This record has been created since your attempt to create it. Changes won't be saved". When trying to add a new vendor into the system. I would like to verify if you are using any third party products? Usually when we see this error message it is related to extra triggers on this Vendor Master table. I would like you to run the following script in SQL Server Management Server.
sp_helptrigger PM00200
How many results do you see? Below is the list that I currently have in my system.
aagTR_PM00200Ins
aagTR_PM00200Del
zDT_PM00200U
taVendorInsert
Please let me know if you have more than two and if they are different from the ones I have listed above.
If you do have other ones please try disabling them and see if you can save the vendor without any errors.
