When editing a draft notification to send to a customer from the Field Service Work Order I need to attach two documents. These documents are held in the Sharepoint folder linked to the Work Order, I am unable to select these documents or drag and drop them across to the attachments part of the notification. Can anyone please advise how to do this? Thanks in advance
Hi Reane
Could you share a screenshot to share exactly which behaviour you are looking for. Generally speaking, drag & dropping a Sharepoint document to the Notes area in Dynamics 365 is not supported.

Hi Renae,
Do you push your notifications with sending emails via Flow?
If yes, you can follow the next steps to achieve it.
For example, I will attach the image from the following site in SharePoint.
The metadata and content of the file can be gotten from SharePoint with the following steps.
Add the File content and Name to the related fields in the email.
It allows to attach the file to the email and here is the test email I received.
If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
Best Regards,
Nya
