You can generate the Purchases in the past period report from the procurement and sourcing module. Navigation to the Report is as follows
Procurement and sourcing/Reports/statistics/Vendor/ Purchases in the past period
Please note that this report is cube based so make sure that your analysis service are being processed.
or you can use the Vendor/Item statistics report from the Procurement and sourcing module. This report will provide you a list of top vendors and include the items you’ve purchased from them during a particular range of time that you select.

Open order: Procurement and sourcing > reports > status > open purchase orders
Received: Procurement and sourcing > reports > transactions > purchase receiving log
Invoiced: Accounts payable > reports > transactions > invoice > vendor invoice transactions
