I keep getting this error message when I am entering a credit card number in the order entry process? Not sure what this means.

first check the credit card setup. follow

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg502490.aspx

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg502498.aspx

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg502459.aspx

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg502474.aspx

if possible run the process in the classic client and debug. so you could get more information about that issue.

also check the windows event log, if there is an according error message.
