Hello Experts!

Is there any way that we can map posting date in payment journal as an effective entry date?

Batch header records has "Effective Entry Date".
This definition is on page 65.

My customer would like to schedule ACH payment via bank web-portal. To do so, they are oing to import payment file via BC to bank web-portal.
ACH. File creation date is date BC user exported the payment file from BC, but is there any way we can map posting date in payment journal to effective entry date field without customziation (Coding)?

Here is the example and operation steps
Today: 6/15/2026, Effective Date: 6/25/2026 (10 days ahead from today)

BC user run suggest vendor payment batch job.
Last payment date and posting date=6/25/2026.

BC User reviews suggested payment lines (check apply entry. If extra invoice is applied, user will remove it, and then update amount column in payment line in payment journal)
Once finishes adjustment
the BC user click bank Export =>remittance advice reports are automatically genereated
and then go to functions ==> Generate EFT file --> export payment file

In Payment file, my customer is expecting effective entry date=posting date. But by default, it is defined work date as default data definitoin setup. shown below

For your reference: above BC screenshot is from BC 28.1
