Hi All,

I have setup a new POS, initially setup everything is working. The language is correct.

But after few days, I tried again...the POS language turn into hieroglif or alien language.

My POS language turn out like this

    Hi Adhha Adnan,

You can open the current worker in Retail/Common/Workers, in the retail tab, you can reset the language.

I believe this problem is related to a Windows update.

    Check:

Retail > Setup > POS > Profiles > Button Grids > Select a Button grid ID > General > Fonts.

Probably yours  buttons grids are using the @Arial Unicode MS Font. After this last  Windows update, I did not find this font in Windows (I could not tell if the font  was discontinued or if the file font was corrupted. Please, make sure if your scenario is similar).

An alternative is to change the source for all Button Grids that you use, for example, change to the Segoe UI Light font or @simsun font. (for unicode scenarios)

After you make this change, synchronize the 1090 package.

This operation worked for my scenario.

Other Option: Try to install the @Arial Unicode MS source from another computer.

    I Hope This Helps!
