Hi everyone,
I am looking for a way to allow the employees to create diferent kind of request to HR (eg. Create a Documentation Request or a change in some information), i mean many request that usually the employees ask to HR.
Is there any way to do that in D365FO HR ?

Thanks Komi, in other words I would need to implement Customer Services, right?
My customer is only looking for Human Resources Module but he want's that the Employees can create soft of tasks to HR having a back and forth. I mean, It could happend that an employee needs a Document from the Company so, they want the employee create a "task or something like that" to be submitted to HR and after HR has completed it, HR should closed this task sending a sort of "notification" to the original creator with the documentation or a link.
Should I implement CS in order to use Case management to have it working ?

Out of the box, there is no such on the HR module, notwithstanding you can achieve this with few customization.
I had a client with similar request. To handle such , I created a form with approval workflow in the HR module.
With this form, employee can raise a quite number of request ranging from Staff exit, card request, Incident report....
